He oversees the department, is responsible for signing and sealing plans developed in-house, as well as meeting with clients to discuss projects DFI is developing for the client, as well as other job responsibilities.
Steven enjoys teaching others about engineering and has made presentations during the Maryland Quality Initiative (MdQI) Civil Engineering Expo. He also serves on the Science Advisory Board for Anne Arundel County Public Schools in Maryland.
Steven graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
