DFI will be providing Construction Management and Inspection services for a replacement fire station at the Cape St. Claire location.
DFI will provide Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) services for a replacement Cape St. Claire Fire Station. The project will be completed in three (3) phases and necessary temporary phases to maintain the full operation of the existing fire station while the new 20,500 sq. ft. structure is being built. We will work to anticipate the needs of the State Highway Administration (SHA) and Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to complete the necessary permits related to the road work. DFI will be on-site to oversee daily inspections and correspondence, submittals, information requests, and scheduling.
