The Maple Lawn Development is located on more than 600 sprawling acres in Howard County, Maryland. The development includes 625 townhomes, 180 condominiums, 40 single family homes and 45 estate homes. This development project is one of the largest communities within the state of Maryland.
DFI provided Construction Inspection and Engineering services for this mix-use community development project, which includes a mix of high-end housing, Class-A office space, retail and medical spaces. This project has been hailed as an example of "smart growth" because it places people within walking distance of shopping work and recreation activities.
DFI inspected the five (5) neighborhoods including the Midtown, Hillside, Midtown West, Westside and Garden Districts for the developer, Greenebaum Enterprises, and the water and sewer installation.
